My 65” vizio shut off and wouldn’t power back on, quick turn around ,if it cost over 50$ he lets you know before he fixes it 👍🏽 Very happy with his service …

Live 90 miles away. TV had no picture. Suspected backlight. Dropped it off at Payless. He confirmed backlight problem, ordered and installed. My only problem:Then I was evacuated due to Dixie fire so the TV stayed in my car. When I returned, I went to reinstall TV. Remote was missing. I had asked for remote upon pick up but he said I didn't leave it. When I called today , he found it. He instructed me how to use buttons on TV until I get to Chico . I will use this service again.

I moved recently, and was unable to get my TV to work properly. The sound was very distorted, and I could not get sound and video at the same time. I took in my TV, and the owner, Steve, looked at it and said that I had the wrong cord. I had already spent 2 hours on the phone with JVC and Comcast, but got nowhere. He told me to bring another cord, and described it. He did not charge me anything for his time. Next time I have a problem with an electronic device, I know where I am going!

They fixed my AVR receiver for my home audio system. One side of one of the audio channels was not putting out sound. They were able to fix it for only 40 dollars. It would have cost me triple of that to send it to a regional repair center. So grateful to have this service locally.

I admit I broke my TV and called to see if it was worth fixing. I was told it really needed to be hooked up differently. I did it and am enjoying my TV again. I would definitely recommend him. He is very friendly and very knowledgeable.

Went in with a 50 inch Vizio that was having a very weird periodic visual glitch that made it impossible to watch anything and enjoy the picture. I was told the TV was irreparable (I’ve forgotten what David specifically told me was the issue), so there was no charge, and I could pick up the tv or have him recycle it for me at no cost. He then offered me a similar 4K 50” Sharp Smart TV that he’d repaired at the same price of the repair and I took it. It’s been about a month since then and the TV works flawlessly and virtually has all of the features of the old TV. Overall I had a good experience and recommend this place

Steve is a great guy. He is absolutely honest and his price is fair! I brought my Samsung 55" flat screen in to him and he fixed it. I picked it up the next day. This guy knows his stuff and I recommend anyone who needs TV repair to give him a look. You can save yourself from having to replace your TV 👍😄 …
